First New Proposal : The Flying General: Legend of the Mighty Lu Bu

Abstract:

The game is mainly about a warrior from the ancient China during the Three Dynasty. In this game, player plays as him and follow through his story and why he is known as “The Flying General” and the mightiest warrior during that time.

This game is mainly actions and also a decision making role playing games. Player not only just play and fight on the battle field, player also make different choices and see the outcome of their choices to whether they know about the history of Lu Bu.

Target Audience:

Teenagers that are in middle school.

Goal:

1) The goal of the game is to let people know more about the character in the history of the Three Dynasty.

2) The game is trying to solve the lack of knowledge about the other character in the history of the Three Dynasty during ancient China. Because Lu Bu was not portrayed as a main character, most of the youngster now may not know who he is and what he did.

3) The advantage of VR can be exploited to enhance this project is people can have fun is learning the story and viewing the entire story in 3D to capture and attract them.

4) The project has created before but not on a real and historical character. It has games like that in game such as Dragon Age 2 and Mass Effect.

Objective:

- To let player gain more knowledge about Chinese famous history.

- To let player experience the story of the historical character, Lu Bu.

- To let player make decisions for the character as they go through the story.

Benchmark:

Description:

The game first start out the character is training in the training room which in this case is the tutorial section of the game.

Then the first level start at the palace of Dong Zuo where u can either choose to go fight at the Hu Lao gate

If you choose to fight, then you will end up in second level at the battle field to fight the army and will face 3 Bosses.

The third level is coming back and find Dong Zuo betray you and you can either leave him be or kill him which then end up in a fight with him.

Interaction:

User will be able to control the character with keyboard and mouse

User will be able to choose to make a decision.

User will be able to fight with melee weapon.

User will have to face the AI army
